Clinton Wedding Standing On The Shores Of Lake

Bill and Hillary were married on October 11 1975 in Fayetteville Arkansas in the brick home that Bill had purchased for the two of them. Hillary wore an old-fashioned looking dress designed by Jessica McClintock. She had hurridly purchased the dress at Dillard's department store. They had a small private ceremony followed by a reception for about 100 people.

When Hillary returned from the East Coast that June Bill Clinton told her that he had bought her dream house. They married in the house that October.

The two landed in London and Bill guided Hillary through all the city sites. As the sun was setting that first day the couple found themselves standing on the shores of Lake Ennerdale and Bill proposed.
