Stepping out for a fun-filled evening, Miley Cyrus was spotted at the grand opening of Xandros Greek Restaurant last night. The “Can’t Be Tamed” songstress looked to be in good spirits as she posed for the shutterbugs in a wispy black ensemble outside the Beverly Hills eatery.
As for her new video, Miley is keeping her sexy image alive in the treatment for her single “Who Owns My Heart.”
